I drive the creative marketing strategies and their execution for our flagship games including Crayola: Create & Play, Crayola Adventures, and Transformers: Tactical Arena. I spearhead a talented global team of designers, motion graphics artists, and video editors, crafting compelling marketing assets that resonate across multiple consumer touchpoints. Handpicked for my expertise, I revamped our user acquisition strategy, significantly heightening its relevance and appeal to our audience. This strategic pivot not only drove a surge in new player engagement but also amplified subscription sign-ups.

TUBI

As a leader and mentor, I oversee the creative marketing team responsible for serving the Tubi Originals, B2B, Marketing, and product teams' creative requirements. Collaborating closely with the Marketing team and external partners, I played a pivotal role in crafting the highly successful Tubi 'disruption' and 'Find your rabbithole' Super Bowl 2023 campaign. This campaign generated widespread public attention, ranking among the top 5 best Super Bowl commercials on multiple lists. Additionally, I led and presented a keynote to the company on the importance of storytelling and how we as marketers can use stories to connect on a more relatable when presenting our creative ideas.

I spearheaded the creative vision for a groundbreaking, proprietary open-world virtual experience platform, leading its development from inception to fruition. Additionally, I guided our team in crafting an immersive and interactive hub for the Netflix and Dreamworks series, Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous, resulting in winning the coveted FWA Site of the Day award. As a hands-on leader, I effectively managed and mentored a team of art directors and copywriters, continuously driving the elevation and growth of our creative offerings.

I was recruited to join The Refinery to help lead and elevate the pitch team; coaching them to think strategically and expand their creative offerings. This ultimately led to securing multiple creative campaigns from Netflix, AMC Networks,  Apple and other iconic brands and studios. I ran regular workshops and presentations on how to improve your creative process, ten tips for pitch your creative ideas, and how to be a better presenter.

Recognizing my proven track record of building strong partnerships during my tenure at Netflix, I was personally requested to serve as the Creative Director for the account. Leading an exceptionally talented team, we propelled the account to become the most profitable within the agency. Under my guidance, we crafted numerous innovative and award-winning digital campaigns for Netflix's flagship titles, including Stranger Things, Orange is the New Black, and 3%. Additionally, I spearheaded campaigns for renowned brands such as Nike, AMC, Michelob, ESPN, and Lego.

I led the creative vision and art direction for a number of award winning digital campaigns. I managed and collaborated with a team of designers to help refine our production process to become more efficient ultimately allowing us to work faster and allowing the team to focus on the creative, rather than the process.
